CANCELLATION POLICY
SBS Service Policy * ALL NEW CLIENT MUST ARRIVE 15 minutes prior to fill out intake form *If you are late more than 15 minutes to your appointment you must reschedule and 50% payment for service will be rendered from card on file. *All appointments are to be booked online only *Debit/Credit card is required on file to confirm an appointment *24 hour cancellation notice is required. Same day appointment cancellation will be charged 100% full service. Payment will be rendered from card on file. *All no call no show appointments result in 100% of the service payment to be rendered from the card on file. *All no call no show will results in the inability to schedule future online appointments. *Please come alone due to small space *Skin consultations are required for all “New Clients” *No children due to products carried in the Spa *Please reframe from using cellphones in spa. In case of an emergency 🚨 please step outside of the spa to place a phone call. * ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE. *No food or drinks are allowed in the spa (Exception: Water only)
